The Ontario Tennis Association (OTA) is the largest tennis association in Canada, and among the top 5 largest in North America. There are plenty of opportunities to choose from that will suit the needs of all levels of sponsorship. Tennis is on the rise and has seen a boom in both interest and player involvement. There is no better way to reach the tennis market in Ontario than through the OTA. Now we have what to get excited about!

The OTA has databases reaching over 50,000 tennis players, 220 OTA clubs, and approximately 1,800 registered tournament players, and this number is continuously growing.

Printed Materials
The OTA produces and distributes to its clubs, registered members, and tournament players numerous printed materials. These materials include tournament entry forms, registration forms, special event posters, OTA Code of Conduct, contest materials, etc.

Official Web-site of the OTA
The OTA web-site has averaged 11 million hits a year. It’s the only site for Ontario tennis players to access their rankings, tournament schedule, and league information. Check us out at www.tennisontario.com to see what all the excitement is about- this is one website you want to be a part of!
Benefit: Numerous cross-promotional opportunities are available for OTA partners on the website, including; banner ads, corporate identification, thank-you pages, editorial features, contests and direct links.

Weekly Newsletter Program |

The OTA electronic Newsletter is a personally delivered information piece detailing the news and events surrounding tennis in Ontario. The newsletter gets sent out to approximately 2,750 direct e-mail addresses every week. They are also distributed on-site at the OTA’s office, events and tournaments,and are posted at many of the OTA’s 220 member clubs. |
Benefit: Corporate logos for Official Status sponsors are shown on the newsletters along with URL links to the company’s website.
Benefit: Sponsors receive special mentions in the editorial portion of the newsletter when there is a connection to an event, or a tennis related announcement to make.
ONTARIO TENNIS Magazine
ONTARIO TENNIS magazine is Canada’s longest running tennis publication. 20,000 copies are produced three times a year, with Spring, Summer and Fall issues. The estimated readership is 66,000 per issue, for a total possible exposure of 198,000 people. Over 14,000 copies are mailed directly to the households of OTA members.

Along with the three issues of Ontario Tennis magazine, the OTA also produces a monthly electronic version to work in conjunction with the magazine. The monthly e-Mag features tennis tips, community news, stories- among many other things.

Press Releases, Media Kits, News Conferences
In conjunction with the OTA’s marquee events and tournaments, media releases and press kits re sent out to sports editors from over 350 dailies, community newspapers and ethnic publications, including television and radio producers.
